Maids Over Miami weekly/biweekly cleaning service is built around our signature cleaning service checklist. Our cleaning service list guarantees that your entire house will be cleaned top to bottom. Here is a summary of the basic tasks we perform when cleaning at a residence. We seek to customize our cleaning services to meet your needs above your level of satisfaction. These services are adjustable. Additional cleaning services can be added to meet your specific needs.
Kitchen:
- Appliance exteriors cleaned
- Refrigerator exterior cleaned
- Microwave exterior/interior cleaned
- Sink scrubbed and sanitized
- Counter tops and back splash cleaned and sanitized
- Cabinets spot-cleaned
- Furniture cleaned and dusted
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Baseboards dusted
- Windowsills cleaned and blinds dusted
- Trash removed
Bathrooms:
- Tub and shower scrubbed and sanitized
- Toilet exterior/interior cleaned and sanitized

- Countertops and backsplash cleaned and sanitized
- Vanity and cabinet exteriors cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned

Bedrooms:
- Beds made (including changing the linens)

DEEP CLEAN
(First Time, One-Time, or Special Request Cleaning Services)
Every “Deep Clean” includes the “Basic Clean” with detail focus on build up, plus the following:
- Ceiling fan blades (dusted)
- Light fixtures ( in place / not removed)
- Moldings, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Lamp and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
- Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Furniture (cleaned, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
- Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed
- Light switch plates (washed)
- Countertops and backsplashes (washed)
- Mirrors (Windexed)
- Wastebaskets (emptied / washed/relined)
- Beds made (includes master and any additional beds)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
- Floors (vacuumed and/or mopped includes closets (floors must be cleared)
- Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)
Pet Friendly Company!
The Fine Print:
- Some homes have chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fan we cannot reach by hand. We do offer chandelier cleaning as part of our window cleaning services.
- We do not provide laundry services.
*Floors must be clear of clutter as clearing floors can delay the process of Maids Over Miami from cleaning within your given time frame.
